Some cars on RentyGo confirm instantly; others require the partner agency to accept your request. The booking type is shown on the vehicle page before you complete checkout.

• Instant book — When the car is available, your trip is confirmed automatically once any required online advance is paid (or immediately if no advance is due).
• Partner approval — Your booking is a request until the partner accepts it. You will be notified by email when they confirm.

Availability is checked at booking time. The rental contract at pickup is between you and the verified partner agency fulfilling the vehicle. RentyGo facilitates the booking but does not own or operate the cars.

You may complete a booking without creating a password account by uploading your driving license and Aadhaar, then verifying your mobile number with a one-time code (OTP).

Guest sessions are linked to your verified mobile number. You may create a full account later to manage trips across devices. Guest bookings are subject to the same rental, payment, and cancellation rules as signed-in customers.

Payment is collected at pickup unless online payment is enabled for your booking. When online advance is required, you must complete payment before the booking moves to partner review or instant confirmation.

A refundable security deposit may apply based on the vehicle category and is typically collected at pickup by the partner.

Cancellation rules depend on your booking status and whether the trip was instant-book or partner-approved. In general:

• Free cancellation while status is Awaiting payment or Pending partner review. After partner confirmation, their cancellation terms apply.
• Free cancellation while status is Awaiting payment. After instant confirmation, partner cancellation terms apply — see Refunds & cancellations.

You must hold a valid Indian driving license and meet the minimum age required by the partner. Driving license and identity verification (Aadhaar or accepted ID proof) are required before checkout. Partners may verify documents again at pickup.

Partners are responsible for vehicle condition, insurance, permits, handover, deposits, and on-trip support. Partners offering instant book agree to honour confirmed bookings without a separate manual acceptance step, subject to availability and platform policies.
