Terms of service

All bookings are requests until confirmed by the partner agency. RentyGo facilitates the booking but the rental contract is between you and the verified partner at pickup.

Payment is collected at pickup unless online payment is enabled for your booking. A refundable security deposit may apply based on the vehicle category.

Free cancellation is available while your booking is pending partner confirmation. After acceptance, partner cancellation terms apply.

You must hold a valid Indian driving license and meet the minimum age required by the partner. License verification is required before booking confirmation.
